365 Days of Dave

So, since blogging began, it seems like a lot of bloggers set ‘challenges’ for themselves - 20 days to get rich, 30 days of videoblogging, etc etc… There’s something for everyone. Well, not to be left off the bandwagon, I feel like I want to challenge myself to stay active in my blogging here on the new EvokeMG.com (where you should be at right now ;))

With that in mind, I realized the biggest hurdle I have to overcome is that I often think of things to write about throughout my day, but by the evening when I’m ready to sit down and do a little writing I just don’t put it to paper … blog. So, my first challenge to myself is to conjure up 365 topics worth talking about. I’m going to cheat though, by framing them in monthly bins so that I don’t overwhelm myself by trying to think of 365 things all at once (although, I guess this is a leap-year, so I suppose we’re talking technically about 366 things). I digress… Here are 30 topics that are probably something I could write at least a paragraph or two about:

  1. Net Neutrality
  2. Libertarianism, Ron Paul, and the California Primary
  3. My experience working at The Digital Foundry
  4. Why I think Solar Sun Satellites are a really good idea
